Crease-free - Our special 3D design ensures that you enjoy a taut, essentially crease-free shade sail.
Our sails are cut to your specific measurements by computer-assisted laser technology, before being glued into exact position and sewn by our experts. The upwardly domed shape is achieved here using special pre-tensioned strips. These are enclosed in sealed pockets within the sail fabric and are tensioned inside these pockets by our specially developed tensioning process.
