We insist on using only first-class materials and the best production processes to ensure that you get many years of enjoyment from your C4sun shade sail. The sophisticated technology for tensioning the sail and reducing wind pressure is concealed within the masts – both in the standard and designer models. The masts house various stainless steel cable and routing mechanisms to ensure a safe, maintenance-free operation. Granite balls or individually designed metal or stone weights are deployed as counterweights for the tensioning system. Our innovatively developed and trademarked system allows the sail to give to excess pressure caused by strong gusts of wind and revert back to its original shape automatically. There is no fluttering, flapping or excess strain. The system can be attached to existing architectural structures or can be installed as a free-standing element.

Electrically furling
Our shade sails can be rolled in and out at the push of a button, and can also be controlled by fully automatic sensors. All shade sails are operated by high quality motors supplied by the German company, Becker. They can be furled and unfurled via automatic sensor switches (sun and wind sensor) as well as "manually" via remote control.

Wind-resistant
All of our shade sails compensate for wind and strong gusts, and are all equipped with C4sun's own weight-controlled wind pressure reducing system - our patented new invention. They are also designed with a special 3D dome shape - another one of our patented inventions.

Rainproof
All of our shade sails are water-repellent and their 3D dome shape provides protection from heavy downpours and persistent rain. All of our shade sails are equipped with a 3D dome shape, a patented invention by C4sun. As the shade sail is rolled out, the sail automatically opens upwards, creating a sturdy domed surface.

Crease-free
Our special 3D design ensures that you enjoy a taut, essentially crease-free shade sail. Our sails are cut to your specific measurements by computer-assisted laser technology, before being glued into exact position and sewn by our experts. The upwardly domed shape is achieved here using special pre-tensioned batons.
