The shade sail

Our shade sails are made from high quality, durable fabrics from Sattler, who have developed them especially for our sails. They are breathable, weatherproof and UV-resistant, and even provide protection against heavy downpours and persistent rain.

The fabric is woven from spinneret-dyed branded acrylic warp yarn. As this yarn is produced, the colour pigments are directly incorporated inside the thread, which ensures a high colour saturation and colour-fastness.

The inclusion of anti-rot agents prevents mildew and the formation of mould. Impregnating the fabric with dirt, grease and oil-repellent TEXgard provides further protection against impurities.

The matt weave used in the fabric makes it exceptionally stiff. In fact, the fabric we use is one of the strongest fabrics used for shade sails.
